I travel frequently and often stop at the Jiffy Trip in Medford. However, my recent visits have been less satisfying. I've observed that while the manager is busy assisting other staff members, there are some employees who seem to just stand by without offering help to customers. The overall atmosphere of the store has felt a bit stressful lately. I hope you maintain the current management and do not make any changes to the products offered. The manager has been doing a great job for over 6-7 years, and stable management is key to a successful business.
