Excellent service, prompt. I am a picky person when it comes to Asian cuisine... actually very tasteful dishes that surprise me!!! Definitely a MUST STOP when you are in town!!!

The place is clean, the people are friendly and the food is amazing. They offer a variety of things beyond your standard beef and broccoli or MarFar chicken and everything cooked You feel like a welcome family guest in your house. The best photo I found in the Medford area. This place makes me happy every time I'm here. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and portions are generous. I listen to the classic as I sit here and the ambience is brilliant. The ceiling is curved that feels warm and comfortable. I came here a few times and it always blows me away when I see open seats. I'm usually vegetarian, but her pho is so good that it's one of my few to eat meat dishes.

I called kindly too late on a super snowy night and they gave me the whole way up in Ashland. very nice receptionist as well.

I have been going here since it opened, and my family loves it. Staffed by friendly people, their food is ready in minutes. I suggest finding a few items on their menu that you like, and returning to order them again and again, because their flavors and quality are consistent every time.
