Gluten free, keto and absolutely delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone who thinks they can’t live without carbs because everything is amazing! I had half of the chafflewich with a side salad and took the rest home to my carb loving daughter who made the rest disappear. Staff are super nice—offering samples which ended up in them selling out of some items. 5 Stars

Simply delicious keto friendly food trucks. I was pleased to support this business while it was today at the ashland ymca trade fair.
My first time trying Fatso’s and I was very impressed. The chicken Asiago was so full of flavor and was absolutely delicious. The bbq “beans” were good, as well. There was a bit of a wait, which I didn’t mind. There was plenty of space to sit and wait.
