Previously 5 stars, dropping to two. Do not recommend curd-side ordering. It never fails that something is missed in my order, when I order online. Typically I'm in a hurry and lack the energy to run back out to get what was missed (it's ranged from the side, to the drink, to even a sandwich! so I let it go. Placed on online order 9/19 and two sides were missed, so this time I did run back out to get them. They expedited it which was cool but also sent me with a coupon for free curds. Honestly, I don't want the free food. I just want what is ordered and paid for the first time around. After working 14+ hours in a day, I didn't have the energy to cook, and really didn't appreciate being put in a position where I needed to head out again to pick up what they missed the first time around. They don't respond to surveys. I've never had them answer the phone when I have tried to call and let them know what was missed so I could just run in and pick up, instead of wasting more time waiting... This location has only been open a handful of years. Service had always been great...the last 6-12 months? Not so much. Do the drive thru or go inside.
