Crust N Fire - Medford

For a quick bite for take-out, have a sequence of the tweeper rings, they were very moderate. I also had French pommes chicken tenders. everything was warm and looked at Gr8. it was only average, but the chicken pliers were damp, but there was no taste. the sauce was not bad (both the chipotle ranch the honey mustard sauces were decently tasteful.) there is space for improvement. the staff was friendly and helpful.

2 reasons I wont go back: 1. Placed an order in person for pizza and the chicken burrito bowl on a Friday afternoon. Girl who worked the counter was nice enough but on her phone the minute there were no customers at the counter. I was told 15 minutes. After 25+, order was ready so I just took it and left. Get home and open the pizza box to find an under cooked pizza so much so that the crust was still white. Burrito bowl was ok.2. I realize this may sound insignificant but while sitting in the restaurant waiting, I was unable to ignore the talk show that was on the TV. I don't care what the owners views are and It doesn't matter which side of politics it was leaning. Just know that it was a very extreme political show to the point that the dialogue included completely inaccurate information that was highly offensive. You serve the public and leaving something like that on your TV is bad for business.

I’m not sure where all the hate comes from. I’ve ordered a few times and haven’t had a single bad experience. Burger was great, the ribeye sandwich was awesome and the crab cake sandwich great as well. Service is quick and the front of house is always friendly and attentive. No issues with my order and no cold food.

My family has frequented this business for some time now and we have always had good experiences. I ordered “chicken tortilla” soup and what a MISTAKE that was. No chicken…no tortillas. The girl told me there isn’t always chicken or tortillas in CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP. I wanted a refund of the soup only, because it was simply awful, and she refused. It was a $5 soup, and now they lost customers. The girl at the front has a bad mouth and a snarky attitude, and made the situation 10x worse.

Used to get food from them but recently the food has not been the same and the girl who picks up the phone is also really rude.
