Stopped for a late breakfast today around 11 a.m. and was quite busy inside. Save room for their pastries from the front counter! 2 of us were seated and provided water quickly, with tatsty coffee soon after. Food came out quickly. Two years in a row: my receipt gave a pick-up time, two years in a row: didn't have my order in on time. The food is ok, but if you order and expect a pick-up time, expect a delay. I do not recommend it, and I will not be going back anymore. View all feedback.
Food is excellent, but the host and servers are very unfriendly and lacking in good customer service. Not likely to return...

I’m a very picky eater and simply love this place. I don’t eat much meat and demand quality food at home and when paying in a restaurant. Very happy every time I dine at Buttercloud!
Enjoyed a fresh breakfast. Great service. Would definitely go back.
Great coffee. I got biscuits and gravy with an egg, and collard greens on the side. The collard greens were absolutely incredible! They came with this spicy vinegar stuff on the side, and it was totally perfect.
