Great food, spunky waitress, beautiful atmosphere, still wait for her miraculous frit to stir to get an appearance. We talked to some employees and how to deal with other places there are challenges of the supply chain. Still a great place to eat!

The bourbon street chicken and shrimp was quite flavorful. I substituted broccoli and they were delivered cold. The restaurant was cold. A few different tables had customers shivering and rubbing their arms. The back area and restrooms smelled like they were experiencing a sewage back up.

I use to love their tortilla chips as they were super thin and crispy but this time the chips were more like traditional ones you get in Mexican restaurants

Our waitress asked us if we would like an appetizer, and we said yes a... read more Not very busy, and very over staffed so it's hard to understand why it was a rough visit. Our waitress asked us if we would like an appetizer, and we said yes and began to tell her but she then turned around and walked away and started talking to anotherwaitress! When I ordered my food, it came out quick but it was really cold and had to be sent back. We asked if we could getrefills of our drinks, but by the time our waitress came back with them, we were done eating and ready to go. As a previousmanager at a restaurant, seeing how many tables were not cleaned off and the amount of food on the floor while servers arestanding around talking was interesting. And I think they are having a sewage problem because about 5ft from their bathroomsthere is a terrible sewage smell. We were really excited for our first trip to Medford Applebee's, but unfortunately we will notbe making our way back. Good luck with your crew.
