What Dylanboi1553 dislikes about Cutlets:
Really like the place it’s a cozy spot, the food is pretty good. If you’re looking for a lunch spot definitely the place. However, the head guy in the kitchen has a bad attitude often swearing out loud and has a way over aggressive manner when making the food which really ruins it for me. Besides that, good food. Person in charge was unpleasant. Med chicken sandwich and chicken parm sandwiches were not good. Steak and cheese sandwich was good.
Hands down best sandwich/ pre fresh amazing dishes spots around. The food is so fresh and taste amazing this spot is unreal my new favorite. Deserves way more spot light
This restaurant has the best catering around! You must try the Eggplant-Palm, Chicken-Palm, and Chicken-Snell-Sangie dishes. The salad bar always has delicious, fresh options.
I tried both the chicken parmigiana and Mediterranean chicken sandwiches, and they were both dry and awful.
Food concepts are not actually the owners but from another employee who made half the menu. He has to sell the food she made because he wouldn't have a business otherwise. He actually knew nothing about paleo or Gluten free or delicious fresh food before her. How can you back a place when the owner is a fraud? Am I wrong?
Cutlets emerges as a cozy and inviting haven for sandwich enthusiasts, offering satisfying meals such as their acclaimed chicken cutlet and delicious meatball sandwiches. While the food quality generally impresses, inconsistent hours and occasional kitchen tensions may deter some patrons. Notably, there's discussion around the authenticity of the menu, raising questions about ownership and originality. However, many appreciate the friendly service and fresh ingredients, with catered options also receiving high praise. Overall, Cutlets holds its own as a promising choice for a casual lunch, though a few areas need improvement to fully enhance the dining experience.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, but the service provided by the waiter is very unpleasant.

Tried both the chicken parm and med chicken sandwiches and they were both dry and terrible
I can’t say enough great things about Cutlets and Matt. The Medfield Football Team (and the senior parents) ate like kings and queens! The food was amazing, the service was outstanding and I will recommend EVERYONE order from Cutlets. You will NOT be disappointed.
Fantastic and yummy food, I liked the vibes this spot has, and the workers were kind. I will definitely visit here when I’m around.

I visited this restaurant for the first time today and I will definitely be returning. The man at the front was very friendly and recommended the yellow submarine sandwich, which was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. I am looking forward to trying the steak and cheese next time!
Sandwiches are good- but they are literally never open. I attempted to go twice and they were closed both times. They need to update their business hours online. It's disappointing because both times I have been so excited for one of their chicken cutlet and both times they've been closed or closing. Might not be worth it anymore. Will probably find another sandwich shop.
The Buffalo chicken sandwich at this restaurant needs more effort. It seems like the ingredients were added carelessly, but they were actually good quality. There is room for improvement here. I will return, not necessarily because I want to, but to support the local sandwich scene.
