We order here all the time because we love the yogurt ice cream. Often we order via the Rappi app and three times in a row we did not receive our toppings. Because you have to pay for them individually, and that was a recurring problem, we decided to call the store this time. The girl who answered the phone was incredibly rude to my husband and said that it is not her fault that we did not get the blows because the girl who packed our order was new and then she UNG on him. We have left a formal complaint on the company website and of course never responded. So here I am back to leave a public complaint about the bad service and the bad administration in Percimon. Cuando no han llegado los toppings por la tercera vez, mi esposo llamó la tienda Laureles para preguntar y la chica le colgó! Dejabamos una queja oficialmente por la pagina, pero lastimosamete la gerencia nunca nos responseieron. Fue en agosto, así había suficiente tiempo parasolvr el asunto.

The ice from this place is simply delicious, the pimples, the Greek yogurt, all in general is very good. It is located in the most important places and the prices are affordable, but of course can She's a cheaper ice out there, but the...flavor won't be the same. There are some places similar to Percimon, but they will never be the same. I recommend the MIXO that I find it more complete that the other options, because it has 4 toppings and a generous portion of ice. Very recommended!

Well...one of my favorite places to go, they have a product which is based on a yogurt ice cream with lot of options to mix it with, from peanuts to chocolate and fruits like passion fruit, kiwi, strawberry and lychee, i really recommend this place,...during the week theres unusual to do a line but in the weekends it is really crowded.
