Went there with my wife. The traditional local food was very good. The service was nice an friendly. There were two musicians. They were nice but too loud to allow any normal conversation. The concept is nice and traditional. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hacienda - Junin:
Although very busy every time we passed by and with a wait when we did visit, we were not impressed. The chicharron was on the small side and the chicken dish was dry, flat and pretty salty. This restaurant was recommended, but we just didn't get it. View all feedback.
This is a mandatory visit when you visit Medellin. I liked it so much that I came back the next day. This restaurant has several locations in the city, but there is something special about the dinning at the original location. If you can do it, I recommend coming to this place. The ambience of the restaurant is pleasant and the surroundings can be somewhat overwhelming if you are new in the city, but you should be good when you come during the day. My favourites from the menu: chicharrón, mondongo soup, and the limonada de coco.
Was busy, but the food was punctual, clean and good, beautiful view of Junin Walkway... Sorry, no pictures of the food was delicious!
Came for lunch with friends and our experience was really remarkable. The restaurant has a charming and distinctive ambience, while the culinary offers exceeded all expectations with their remarkable flavors. Remarkably, the host presented an exemplary customer service that shows attention to our needs without always imposing haste. The whole atmosphere was really delightful and made us very happy with our visit. We eagerly expect a return in the near future.
Great restaurant for people who wanna try the traditional food in a beautiful and clean place. Highly recommended. Not cheap but worth it
