We headed to this really cool bar during our visit to Medellin, it had awesome cocktails and the coffee's are amazing. Super friendly staff! The bar has a cool outdoor area and decor. Also great screens to catch up on sport too, would highly recommend this place. View all feedback.

I came here because they have fairly good reviews on TripAdvisor and because so many places in the area close quite early.The food was really quite shocking (particularly for the price!) and took forever.I would, however, recommend this place for drinks. Nice outdoor area and cheap beer (3,000 - 5,000), can't go wrong with that. View all feedback.
Great place with a chilled vibe unlike any other bar on the busted 70 strips. Great selection of beers and cocktails, great food and great entertainment, including a pub quiz, a language exchange and on weekends there are live sports and music. Bar staff are super friendly and hard working, too. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Medellin.
This café/bar has a great atmosphere! Everything is great, food, drinks and live music. Craig is a fantastic host and the staff is extremely attentive. We will always return to this very cool, relaxed place. Thanks to all the staff in BarrioCentralCafeBar for such a fun evening!
Recently enjoyed a Sunday brunch here and could see a Chelsea game! Nice café and very good food.
I often go to Barrio Central and I've tried different plates and drinks. They all are delicious. They have the best nachos that I've tried, their apple and cheese pizza is amazing, and the red wine sangria is to die for. The staff is always nice and friendly.
We came to see a blues band that was quite good. It was the first time having pizza here, much better than expected with real pepperoni. There service at Barrio Central was excellent.
