Long time. The chicken is rarely ready. IF THERE'S NOT A SALE NOW TO CLOSE IT, IT'S A WASTE OF TIME. THE CHICKEN IS NEVER READY EVERY TIME YOU BUY IT.. A&W chicken is still the tastiest crispy chicken so far. The A&W location at WTC is on the 1st floor in the food court row. It's a bit quiet, there's not a lot of chicken when I come here, but the service is still good and fast, you don't have to wait long. There aren't many A&W restaurants in the BSD area, hopefully A&W ITC will continue to exist. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rp 50,000–75,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The restaurant has the worst service, it's no wonder Gojek responds to complaints, I don't even know when the order comes in.
