There was no seating when we arrived, and it appeared our table had been given away. We were left waiting for a long time with kids while the staff was rude and completely indifferent. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience.

The owner’s response was arrogant and completely unprofessional. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable customer service. Not trustworthy at all. I do not recommend.

Unfortunately, when we arrived, the restaurant did not honor our reservation and refused us entry. The response from the owner was arrogant and dismissive, and the lack of basic hospitality was shocking. We never even got the opportunity to try the food but regardless of how good it may be, the way customers are treated matters more.After this experience, we will not be returning.

Their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, they made our entire group including small children wait outside in the freezing cold. This was completely unacceptable and showed a total lack of care or responsibility. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. The place is unreliable, poorly managed, and absolutely not trustworthy. I would not recommend it to anyone, especially families.

The prices also really arent too bad for at least most of the products, some were a bit pricy, but they are all very good, Belgium is just super expensive when dining out.
