I was pleasantly surprised to discover this hidden gem in the bustling shopping street. The restaurant's vibe reminded me of Foodmaker, offering a variety of prepared dishes along with fresh options like sandwiches, soups, and homemade salads. I tried a bagnat, similar to a panini but even more flavorful with goat cheese, and it was absolutely delicious. The soup and homemade quinoa salad were also incredibly fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this place for a quick and affordable meal.

I recently dined at Discovery at M-fair in Mechelen. This charming little food truck is staffed with friendly employees. The wraps they offer at M-fair are vegetarian, with two out of the three options being vegan. It's wonderful to see that they can accommodate a vegan diet and still make it accessible for all customers. I'm sure many people dined there without even realizing they were eating vegan. Great job!
