Subway - Feedback

What Jessica soyos doesn't like about Subway:
I ordered a BLT at this restaurant and was disappointed to find that the bacon was not cooked. When I called the store to address the issue, no one answered the phone. This was a first for me at a Subway. It seems like their management team should reevaluate their procedures with their staff.
