I went to Cinnabon and I was excited to get something and they looked so good but everything doesn't even look homemade. I get that's it's a small business and they have to work quickly but I didn't see any mixers to make the dough or to make the frosting. It's also really messy to spread the icing onto the cinnamon rolls, they use a sandwich spreader instead of a piping bag. View all feedback.

I am so happy they put a local Cinnabon in the mall! The staff is friendly, professional, the food is always fresh and delicious, excellent excellent service!!
Love Cinnabon great customer service experience. Ask about Amr #1 when you go here he is the best!
