Park Avenue Confectionary

This place is amazing. The owners are very nice and there are a wide variety of desserts to choose from. The diversity is outstanding and the prices are very reasonable. I definitely plan on returning soon to pick up some delicious treats for my family. It's a great spot to visit while on vacation, as they always have something special for the upcoming holidays. I hope they stay open for many years to come! I can't say enough good things about this fantastic store. I prefer supporting local businesses first, as small businesses are crucial for the economy. I admire all the hard work that these incredible people have put in to establish and maintain their business, especially during these challenging pandemic times. It can be nerve-wracking to go out shopping, but this place feels very safe to me. I've even seen their name on the Grubhub app - I may have to try their chocolate delivery service!

I had heard about this bakery and was invited to give it a try. I was expecting better than what I experienced. They promote their homemade chocolates, but it seems that most of them are not actually homemade. They looked like they were bought and packaged. The display case was not very appealing and could have been filled more. I wanted to purchase a box of assorted chocolates, but found a long blonde hair between the chocolate and the packaging. It was a big turn-off. The girl working at the counter was unfriendly and too preoccupied with her phone. I was not very impressed overall. However, it is a quaint little bakery with a sweet selection.

I recently tried the truffles from this restaurant at a trade fair and was blown away by how delicious they were. They had a variety of flavors available for tasting before purchasing, and my mother and I both loved the peppermint chocolate truffles. I ended up buying a box of assorted truffles because they were so good. I highly recommend stopping by their facility to try some for yourself - you won't be disappointed!
