Rita's Italian Ice - Mechanicsburg

THESE ARE SOME OF THE BEST PEOPLE IN THE AREA. THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE YOU HAPPY. GIVE SMALL BUSINESSES A BREAK FOR A CHANGE...BE NICE. WE ALL BENEFIT. I enjoy coming here because my dear wife loves their Mango Mistos. I like the employees because they are so friendly. Kim, the manager, is doing a great job and cares about everything. I really believe she will make this store great. I get excellent service, every-time, from all of the employees. Some of them are still learning, but please give them time. Everyone’s motivated and they care about the customer. There is such great energy in here and I believe we all are beneficiaries. No business is perfect, but this Rita’s is trying very hard. I love to see a new business come alive. We are fortunate to have this beautiful store on the Pike and we all know it. Thank you and let’s help them grow. Be good to yourselves, your families, and to Rita’s of Mechanicsburg. We are blessed to have them. .

First time going to a Rita's that is indoors. Very clean space. No indoor seating but they do have tables and benches right outside with umbrellas for you to sit an enjoy your dessert of choice. I always go for a gelati and my wife is a huge fan of their brownie sundae. Prices are pretty standard and fair and didnt seem over the top. Staff was very helpful and polite and courteous and definitely will become my go to Rita's going forward.

I like this place and I have been going to Rita’s Ice for a long time and my kids really like it too! There customer services excellent! And there line/hold up is not that long!

I recently visited the new restaurant in Mechanicsburg, and I was impressed by how clean and charming the interior is. They have two picnic tables outside, but unlike some other places in the area, they don't have an outdoor window. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the service was swift! My dog enjoyed her puppy cup, and we will definitely return.

We visited this restaurant on a busy Saturday when the temperature soared to 93 degrees. Seeing the long line initially made me consider coming back later, but my kids' sad puppy eyes convinced me otherwise, so we decided to give it a shot. I was truly impressed by the efficiency of the staff at this Rita's; they managed to serve a line of 20 people in just about 8 minutes. The teamwork displayed by the crew was so commendable that I felt compelled to write this review. It's clear that the place is well-managed, and the staff is well-trained. We had a fantastic experience there. Plus, the food was excellent! I can't wait to bring my family back soon.
