Pizza Hut - Mechanicsburg

I ordered a original pan pizza (paid $1 extra) and recieved a hand tossed pie. As it is delicious-it is not what I ordered. Also ordered boneless wings which were chewy and weird but they were like $6 so, to be expected I suppose.

Ordered a large cheese pizza and wanted a 2 liter bottle of Dr Pepper. The manager didn?t know if they carried it. Odd. About 40 mins later my phone rings. It?s Pizza Hut saying they are at my home and I?m not answering the door. They never knocked nor rang the doorbell. I open the door. He then gets out of his car to come to the door. No hello, how are you. Just hands off the pizza. Total was $20.92. The driver takes my cash. Asks if I have change. I do not. He digs through his pockets and asks me again. I still do not have change. He dug some more and Came up with some cash but no coins. I understand the comics were only 8 cents but it?s still my 8 cents that he didn?t even acknowledge. How do you send your staff out on a delivery knowing a head of time I?m paying cash, with lack of cash to provide your customers with not only change, but correct change? Very poor customer service. This experience alone I will not be calling this Pizza Hut again.

Ordered a P 'zone. I remember these being somewhat crispy, sprayed with butter or garlic spray, topped with a little shredded parmesan and sprinkled with parsley or some kind of herb. The one I got tonight was not sprayed- making it very dry. Mostly doughy with very little 'toppings ', no parsley. Parmesan was added BEFORE it went in the oven so no taste. This is NOT the way they 've been made before. If this is how they are prepared now, they suck. Have lots of beverage to wash down this tasteless ball of dough. Terrible.

Pretty good place. On rare occasions they don't receive my carryout order that I placed online, so I would call to make sure.

We had a large party and needed 17 pizzas 4 family size portions of pasta and 60 cinnamon rolls. The price was originally half off but had expired, they ended up doing it anyway and got our pizza ready working a half hour! Amazing and friendly!
