What Amanda B doesn't like about Dunkin Donuts:
This Dunkin' location in the area is terrible. We ordered avocado toast with bacon, but when we got home, neither of our orders had bacon on them. Additionally, they attempted to give us chocolate milk instead of the two chocolate donuts we ordered. It turns out, the donuts weren't even chocolate, they were just thrown in to speed up the line. Even if they have not seen the standard offers at dünkin, they are not so bad. they're just good with coffee.
Today afternoon at 1:30 o'clock for an ice-cream, 7/27/2022. two employees, one at the drive, the other filling orders. neither seemed to notice that I was there, recognized or welcomed. I went out. I would have liked to wait for either employees to have taken a moment to welcome me and to tell me that they would take care of my order asap. before, service is always slow
I have visited this restaurant twice since it opened and felt compelled to write a review already. This place is extremely efficient. Despite driving past it twice a day, I never see a long line. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. The presence of two ordering lines contributes to the smooth operation of the restaurant. I am grateful to have this establishment nearby. Kudos to the hardworking staff! It's a relief to not have to order coffee before leaving the house or endure a long wait in the drive-thru.
I visited this restaurant in the morning and witnessed two female employees who were visibly upset and yelling at each other. Their behavior was shocking, full of swearing and frustration because they couldn't handle the situation. They were even rude to the customers who had done nothing wrong. I would suggest finding another place to dine.
I was looking forward to having a restaurant nearby and had signed up for their loyalty program, planning to visit frequently for coffee and donuts for my family and coworkers. During my first visit today, I ordered a coffee and a wrap. However, when I tried to use my free coffee coupon that I received for signing up, the manager refused to accept it without providing any explanation. I was disappointed by the lack of customer service and left feeling dismissed. I will not be returning to this location and will instead go to a different one where my business is valued and appreciated.
