Quick, precise, and welcoming service. The food and coffee are outstanding on their own, but consistently receiving the right orders (even dairy-free) at the perfect temperature earns them an A+. What George Suddath doesn't like about Dunkin':
We were traveling through from Florida and had a disappointing experience. The staff wasn't friendly and there were no smiles. The store opened 35 minutes late; although the sign said 4:30, it was actually 5:05 when they finally opened. The overall atmosphere felt apathetic. However, the coffees and donuts were quite good. I absolutely love the drive-thru at this place, which I visit several times a week. Their lattes are fantastic, and the service is always friendly. The staff always greet you with a smile!
Our iced coffee had a bug in it. We will not be back.
While the dark roast was correct, the other drink was a small hot coffee—not even close to the large iced coffee I ordered. When I pointed this out, she insisted that the computer claimed I didn’t specify iced. I argued that the size was wrong, and she responded that she would have to charge me more. I reminded her that I gave her $6, but she insisted I only gave her $5. I didn't want to argue over a dollar, so I let it go. I had no more $1 bills, so I handed her a $10 bill and ended up receiving $8.25 in change. In the end, I paid $7.75 for my two coffees! I generally like Dunkin’, and not all my visits have been bad, but I really dislike how they blame customers for their mistakes. At this location, it feels like the customer is always wrong, and the staff doesn’t seem to care, especially with so many other customers waiting.
This Dunkin' location offers great customer service and maintains good quality, but I've frequently found that my preorder isn't ready when I arrive, even after waiting 20 minutes after placing it. Additionally, their new hours are quite strange and inconvenient.
It was hard to understand the employees via the hard drive tru speaker and they screwed our order to all counts. They gave us two donuts and accused us both. The drinks were bitter, though we were after sweet...
