Contribute Feedback What Sarah Jane likes about Diener's:
The food was good, portion sizes aren't that big but it's a normal size portion not mega breakfast. The server was attentive despite how busy it was, but I honestly wish they had a better peanut allergy policy. I was disappointed that there were no assurances on how the food was prepared. I should have called ahead or brought my son's food so can't fault them on it but there are other restaurants with better policies... View all feedback.
What Bianka Hayes doesn't like about Diener's:
Overall, it’s a lovely local restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. The food was very good, with plenty of vegetables in the omelets. The Colombian coffee was excellent and had a bold flavor. However, the service could use some improvement—specifically, a friendlier tone from the waitress and more attention to clearing our dirty dishes. View all feedback.
This was the first time I visited in a while, but I noticed some important differences since the owner change. 1. 45 minutes time limit per table (really limits the local feeling of having the restaurant earlier and even heard a waitress warn a table that just sat on it). 2. Change to generic jelly, butter, syrup and half and half. 3. Rare decoration on the wall (the mostly naked figures in art in a stand). However, I will say that the total food is still good and the value is still dependent on the order (because the 4 stars are).
We were there for a family meeting for breakfast. The server was very attentive and helpful. Meals were delicious and generous help. I especially enjoyed the crabs, mushrooms and cheese omelet!
Breakfast in the morning. Pumpkin pancakes and sausages were great. Husband's eggs and potatoes were okay, but cold. I saw a funny place to go back.
I came with a group of 7 near noon. There was a decent amount of customers in the restaurant and a few tables outside. We sat right away and offered our drinks. The server was very nice and the food came pretty fast. They serve a-lot per serving and at low cost. Dieners is a sweet hole in the wall, I would definitely come back when in the area.
The service was good, and the food was decent. However, the over-easy eggs were a bit overcooked for my liking on both visits. The owner is very friendly and welcoming.
