Buffalo Wild Wings - Mechanicsburg

Came in with my infant and child and stood up waiting 20 minutes for a table. One lady on the phone, workers walking around and nobody helped me. I had to flag someone down to get a table.Then my order took forever to come out. My child’s order came out first and then mine’s 30 mins later…what was even the logic of that? My kid sat watching me eat, why didn’t our food come out together?Finally I asked for a to-go order and they mixed my to-go with my dine in order. I had to ask for a box to pick through the wings and pack the to-go order myself.This place is disorganized to the max.

I honestly have never interacted with a business as awful as this one, in any profession. I stay at the adjacent hotel for work several times a year, and have had abysmal service multiple times, for no clear reason. Colleagues of mine kept going due to the convenience to the hotel. I think even they are finally done. They just have the worst attitude, and genuinely seem to hate their customers. It's baffling. I'll never go back, and I hope my friends will stop going there too. The food's not even good, and they make very bad drinks. Hands down, my least favorite business ever, after 50 years plus of living. Hope they close soon and are replaced with absolutely anything else.

Well, there's lousy and then there's BWW lousy. This was our first and last visit to this low-rent shrine of mediocrity. My order came out 15 minutes before my wife's. The food was tasteless, cheap, and utterly uninspired. We saw our server twice... once to take our orders and then finally, long after our awful meal had been finished, to pay for this garbage. No refills, no nothing. We just wanted to get out as fast as we could.

Bad experience with Veronica. She was rude and service provided by Veronica was bad.

Hot supper. They add a lot of pepper on the fries and croutons. Chicken was great. I will be returning, but will request no pepper.
