Now that I’m aware of this, I’ll start exploring other sandwich places. I’ve lost enough points that could have covered three footlongs, and I’m quite frustrated about it.

I really enjoy their fresh bread and the new menu options like salads and flatbreads; however, the quality of the customer service brings my rating down by one star. That said, you can't beat the prices here!
