I discreetly called the manager aside and shared with him that this was the dirtiest sheets location that I have ever visited. He apologized and then when I walked away, mocked me by telling his employee in a loud voice, what I hadsaid. Because of his poor attitude, he gets a two-star rating instead of a four.

The inside has seating like a restaurant and also has all the familiar areas like a one stop fuel station. The restrooms were clean and fully stocked with toilet paper. Plenty offuel stations and they were all needed because this location was packed. First time at this establishment and it was reallynice.

I... read more This placed served me raw still frozen food two weeks ago. This is inexcusable and worse I called and they didn?t bother to return the call or online message. I would skip this kitchen if you value your health. Their second screwup of the visit was toround up my bill without permission because they were short of change. I have visited this Sheetz many times since it opened,but never again. There?s a Pilot and Flying J nearby.

The team was held to high standards, the store was always clean, and everyone had great attitudes. I’m not sure what has changed since she left nine years ago, but the place has definitely gone downhill. There’s a noticeable lack of respect among the staff behind the counter, the store is dirty, and it seems like they aren’t rotating products or checking MTO case items properly. This is not the level of quality and service that the Sheetz family is known for!
