I placed an order on line and forgot to add sauces. I called and asked to add them on. A lady acted rude about it but I thought she would still do it. Nope. I called to talk to a mgr and I was put on hold forever. No one called me back either. Guess they do not want my View all feedback.
Absolutely the worst dominos to have to deal with. Extremely rude employees (Josh) and they will have you waiting 2.5 hours to get a pizza that will NEVER show up!

Since your employee didn’t know about the national special, Large 1 topping for $7.99, we ended up at your competition for the same price. We prefer your pizza but they have better customer service and business acumen.Training 101: If I specifically ask “Are you still running special for Large 1 topping at 7.99” it’s better to know specials and honor special, maybe suggest add-ons! Verses: Denying special and offering Large 3 topping at $9.99, ultimately, losing the sale.
WOW, the service today, rude, unprofessional and unapologetic. Stating that I didn't place a order more than 30mins ago, when I have the proof in my phone log. If you post or didn't take down the order just state that, will not be ordering from here no more
Spoke with cheyenne today over the phone and had a great experience. She was understanding and respectful awesome attitude!!
