So technically this was my second time of eating cookout in my life. So I went here. Unfortunately I believe the Dine In option was close but I was alright with that. I went to the drive thru and order. I had heard before that Cook Out's Customer service isn't the greatest but it wasn't for me. Great Customer Service for me. The food was amazing! Everything at a good price. I will come back. 9/10 View all feedback.

My husband ordered a cajun chicken sandwich, but received a plain hamburger instead. I had two side chicken wraps with ranch dressing, but they came without any sauce. Both of our meals were very bland. It makes me wonder who was working in the kitchen that day. View all feedback.
This device is currently only drive-thin, but no signs of doors or windows are clearly visible to display them. the service was fast and friendly. I like this location for the way the parking and the drive-thru is designed. grund for 2 stars is ordered today was the second time in a week I ordered and the chef did exactly what I asked not to happen. the first time they corrected it, but the sandwich looked like it was joined/prepared by a 3y/o in the art class. Today the window crew was great, but when I went back through the drive-thru line (remember, all doors are locked), they gave me a package that contained exactly what I didn't want, instead of closing a corrected sandwich and the window.
Previously it was good, but I guess they have different workers. they gave me chicken sandwich that I ordered chicken strips, hush puppies were burned and so was a side of quesadilla. also gave me only two small tweeper rings. that's a sweat. you should do better, that is ridiculous
They made my order wrong, the last four times I was there. I order two quesadilla tablets with frits and get two burger tablets with nuggets. tonight I went there and ordered two Quesadilla tablets with Cajun frits and one with double cheese bits and they give me two tablets with Cajun fries. I shouldn't have to sit there to check my order before I leave. Last time I went back and got it tight and trusted I wouldn't have a thing again. I should have trusted my instincts and checked before we drove home. if gas was not so expensive at the moment, I would go back and repair it yet again. please get it together or I'll stop coming here.
