Stopped over for some tea today and they were just closing down. They stayed late to help me out and they were SO sweet about it! Absolutely amazing customer service and after both of them had worked 12 hour shifts. I wish I got their names but they were honestly the bench mark of amazing customer service. I have been regularly visiting this restaurant for at least a year now and I am pleased to say that they are great. The staff always greets me by name and goes above and beyond to make sure my coffee is perfect. This review has gone from 3 stars to a solid 5! View all feedback.

Fast and friendly service! Didn't mess up my coffee.
Just stopped by and we ordered 2 meals and went up to pay and they only give me one meal and we told them we got two of them and they made us pay extra. I asked for a coupon or something since they missed up and they had nothing to give me. Not good service
Waited 30 minutes for coffee. AND IT WASNT EVEN GOOD COFFEE. Asked for whipped cream instead got coffee grounds in my coffee. Timbits are good though
