Some of the staff here have been very unkind and rude. However, the management more than made up for it and since have hired much friendlier and kind people. The food is decent but you have to be very vigilant in placing your order.

Before they re-opened their dine-in, you had to wait a long time for drive through. After the dine-in service was resumed in 2023, there are some problems still. The kiosk did not print receipt after it charged and actually asked the customer to take the receipt, and you have to remember your order number otherwise the staff won't know you already paid and they don't know what you ordered exactly. You have to memorize your number and explain to the staff, or maybe take a picture of the kiosk screen with your phone? We ordered both bagel and tea but without a receipt, the staff only gave us the bagel and did not care about the rest. They order attached to the bag of bagel was also incomplete because it did not show the drink. We explained verbally but couldn't show a receipt. This is very unprofessional, and the management should at least make sure the kiosk has paper installed!
