I'm so beyond frustrated with this location. You have ONE JOB. To make very expensive coffee. So how is it that 3/3 visits and NOT ONCE was my order right. Tonight was my very last attempt at letting you redeem yourselves. I ordered the same thing all 3 times (only the creamers varied) and every single one was WRONG. Wow. Just wow. Went in today for 2 drinks and waited over 20 minutes for them to be made. When the lady finally got around to making our drinks, she only made one. I had to bring it to her attention that I paid for 2 drinks. Then she took more time to go and double-check that 2 drinks were ordered. It was very frustrating, especially when they weren't very busy. I'm not sure why they seemed so discombobulated today. I will try to give them another chance if I have time the next time I'm in town.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at Starbucks. I understand that there may be times when you have to wait due to the high number of customers, but it was frustrating to see others who came in after me with more complicated orders receiving their drinks before me. Additionally, there were people I didn't know who were able to put their order in front of mine.
While I understand that this location can get busy, the employees need to listen to the customers as we are the ones who ensure they have a job. During my recent visit, the lady at the window mistakenly scanned my gift card to pay for my order instead of adding it to my card when I requested. When I brought up the issue, she simply apologized. Today, I ordered a cold brew that was very thin, and when I mentioned it, I was told that others had complained about it as well. I returned the drink and asked for an iced coffee instead, which I also found to be very bitter. When I inquired about when they would have new cold brew ready, I was told it would take a couple of hours as it was still brewing. These drinks are expensive, so if they are not ready or up to standard, it is not acceptable for the restaurant to give out subpar products and just offer apologies. I will not be returning to this location.
Quick DT experience, friendly barista taking the order/checking out (she had the black apron with cool pins ?? . My drinks were great and the food hot. Thank yall. ?

I'm not from here and travel for work. you're the only store I've been to across the entire country that just cannot get it right. If I order HOT COFFEE why do ya'll make it any other way. NO where in my orders does it say iced or cold. (And the restroom was atrocious)
