terrible service and one of the most insecure manager I've ever met. I had many changes with this place. just went through the way and observed that 3 vehicles were passing in the other track while we were not yet helped. the manager then said to us, no need to get excited one of the last times that I was there, not only did they mess my order and not repair, but when I went into the window, the manager said woouwwww... I ordered a Chicken McMuffin and received a dry monstrosity on McGriddle buns instead. There was no cheese, no sauce—nothing at all. While you don't expect too much from McDonald's breakfast, this was by far the worst experience I've had.
Overall, it was a pretty good experience, but they did get my order wrong once.
Terrible management. I’ve visited many McDonald’s locations, but this one is the worst. I ordered a Big Mac, and it was incredibly messy. The toppings were all over the place, the sauce was leaking onto the bun, and the lettuce was spilling out everywhere. They really need to train their staff properly. I definitely won’t be returning, and I’ve shared this experience with my family and friends. Some of them mentioned they’ve had bad experiences at this location as well.

Very disappointed about management at this point. I was shocked who I and my family were talking to. very respectful man and does not know how to talk to customers or how to treat situations. not only that they understood the order three times completely wrong, the man came out of his way to tell us how wrong we were and accused the wrong person who made the order. the person who took the job seemed not interested and simply wanted to push the people through instead of listening to the order. few days later we went to lloydminster mcdonalds order the same meal with zero problems.
