Zip's Drive In Mead, Wa

I only had a bottle of ketchup and tartar sauce with my meal. The fries weren't fresh—they seemed to have been kept under a heat lamp. It's disappointing, especially since this restaurant is close to my house and I've been a loyal customer since they opened.

I see your response, but I can only reply through an edit. Unfortunately, the opportunity to make things right was lost this evening. Someone claimed that nothing like that ever happened, which is a lie. The so-called manager has dark hair and tattoos, and when I asked the woman who originally handled my order, she said there was no manager available at that time. She did take my name and number for the promised free fish. Tonight, the manager did offer to partially refund us for the fish, but it was disappointing to be shortchanged yet again. There’s nothing that would entice me to eat at this establishment ever again.

The food is always fresh here; nothing is kept under a heat lamp. Although there's a closer location, we gladly drive the 14 miles to eat here. The service is excellent as well.

7-3-22 good. after many reviews about this place I am not sure what to think. while my experience was mostly positiw, that was eating well. but toilets need great overhaul. the reviews go from whoopie to yucky it would be interesting to find out why they swing so high and low. personal, I suppose. most reviews give the manager good not to, so the only other ding would be good care workers at some time, rotted at other times. hopefully they beat the times when good employees are busy, if not maybe a word with the manager - or corporate - is in order. this complains only the good employees or the business. if a company gets fewer customers, they can only afford/draw bad employees.

Very slow service. We ordered four sandwiches and only found out we got three. We ordered curly fries and we had curly fries with tater tots, onions and assorted other fried items. Would not go again, waste of money and extremely slow service.
