Harvey's - Mcmasterville

Just yesterday, I was really hungry and decided to stop by Harvey's for a quick chicken sandwich on my way home. Unfortunately, the drive-thru was closed (cue the sigh), so I went inside to find a long line. I placed my order, then waited 20 minutes to receive my burger while watching my onion rings go cold. While the burger was as tasty as ever and the onion rings were crispy despite being cold, I couldn't help but feel frustrated. Waiting almost half an hour in my car for a simple burger is quite irritating! I love the food here, but it sometimes feels like my patience is being tested.

When this branch closed last year, it didn't come as a surprise to me; it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had, with poor service, questionable cleanliness, and poorly prepared food. When I heard about the reopening, I hoped things might have improved. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Tonight was just as mediocre as before. It was clear that they served a pre-cooked beef patty that was only heated for about 30 seconds, resulting in a cold and extremely dry burger. I also had to wait over five minutes for the onion rings to be added to my bag. I live less than five minutes from the restaurant, and by the time I got home, the food was inedible. I won't be returning. Definitely not recommended!

The food was delicious, but the Angus burger was definitely not worth trying.
