Subway
Description
Neighborhood sandwich spot offers tasty, affordable subs and dependable takeout, with occasional standout employees praised for friendly, efficient service. However, chronic understaffing leads to long waits and restocking shortages; produce and bread quality can be hit-or-miss, and patrons report heat and cleanliness problems. Management inconsistencies further color visits—great for a quick lunch or travel stop if you accept limited options and uneven service.

They are always out of white bread. And the bread they do have is hard and not fresh. The store is dirty. I will no longer order from this store again. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
What a joke! Went in 8/24 to order a sandwich. Young kid working. No acknowledgment of me walking in or standing there for a couple minutes. Not give me a second, let me finish this real quick. Nothing! I turned around and walked out. Terrible customer service. What is wrong with these young kids. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Hotter than blazes in there. Come on subway mgr. do better. Won’t be going back EVER place was dirty too. Food: 1
Stopped Monday night. There were 2 people waiting and 1 girl working. I ordered 2 sandwiches with the same thing to save us both time. The girl was friendly and calm and did a good job making food and running the register. Glad to see she had a tip jar. There were only 2 types of bread available and she was out of stuff in the case but reached in the fridge to restock what she could. Kudos to her for working!!..Management needs to give her a raise and promotion and get the poor girl some help!
The restaurant is severely understaffed, and the management treats employees unfairly. My sister has been working there for two years and often has to work solo during her shifts. She is consistently the one to open or close the store and is always available when they call her in. Unfortunately, she has had to miss important family events because they wouldn't let her leave. Recently, while at work, she fainted and ended up breaking her hand, yet the managers only laughed and bombarded her with messages about getting a doctor's note. Not a single person checked to see if she was okay. Despite never being officially asked to take on a managerial role, she is expected to fulfill all the responsibilities of a manager. She truly deserves better, and I hope this brings attention to the situation.
