I saw our pizzas sitting outside the oven for a while, pizza came out cold and missing some items. Old way was much better. Not coming here again Mod Pizza is now much better Service: Dine in

My order took 45 minutes instead of 10 minut... read more My last order was absolutely awful. I ordered a pepperoni pie for pick up through the app. I get a 30 minute break. My order took 45 minutes instead of 10 minutes. To add insult to injury (I received a write-up for being late gettingback from break). They drenched it in garlic butter. It was so bad that I gave it to my coworker when he offered to eat it. Even he threw it away after one bite. It made me nauseous and I was covering a double shift at the mall. I messaged them to see if I could have it remade with no success. This location did not give me a refund or a credit so I could order a replacement per my request. I asked nicely. This is very disappointing. I've been a loyal customer for 8yrs. Not sure if they're into self destruction. I was hopeful they would improve but, sadly, there are other locations worse than this one.

It?s also very speedy to get your pizza ???? and the service was great. I also love this flat rate price nomatter how many toppings you add. I love generous pizzerias. I?m a loyal customer for life for sure!

They custom make your pizza right in front of you and it is an entirely unique experience! Mehran helped me at theregister and suggested my now new favorite drink Moody Meyer Lemon! Come check this place out and bring the kids!! ????
