It's a really comfortable, quiet place, the photo below makes it seem bright, but that's just because my phone adjusted the brightness according to my camera. There was a huge choice of items on the menu including vegetarian, lamb, chicken, beef, and fish. There was a full set of appetizers, desserts, wine and beer. I had chicken in mushroom sauce with rice pilaf, it came with a salad. It was a lot of food for one person to eat, and it was delicious. I had a wonderful birthday celebration here last night. The food was fantastic and the service exceptional. I?m so happy that I found this Turkish restaurant. Herkese çok te?ekkür ederim!
I have been to more than hundreds of Turkish restaurants around the world and Specially in country of Turkey and Kazan stands at top of my list. You arrive to this authentic Turkish restaurant and the owner greets you like his close relative and when you try the food you realize why they have served McLean for half a century. Thank you Kazan for everything and wish you and your fine establishment continue success. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Kazan has been on my list to try and came recommended from long time residents in McLean. The service was great along with the ambience. My party of 4 tried the sampler appetizer which was great. The pita (kuboos) was warm and fresh soft. All other foodwas great and well flavored while being extremely rich in butter and cheese. Special.shout out to the baklava that was soft andcrumbly, expertly made for sure. I would recommend to all those who like Mediterranean food.
A very pleasant dining experience! The food was very good. We ordered meze for one (which was totally enough for two people if each of you also orders an entree), doner kebab (lamb with yogurt sauce, with a side salad), chicken shish (chicken skewer, witha side salad) and mixed dessert tray for two (rice pudding, baklava, crème caramel). All of them were delicious with largeportion. Turkish tea and Turkish coffee went very well with the dessert tray. The service was also great. Highly recommend!
