I placed my order through the app just 10 minutes before I arrived since I was in a hurry. When I got there, the restaurant was empty, but my order wasn't ready. Only one employee was behind the counter while another was sweeping the floor. Two customers came in after me, and even though the employee saw me waiting, he prioritized taking their orders and making their drinks before finally getting to mine. To top it off, my drink was poorly made and very watery.
Omg!!!! It drives me crazy when ?hot? coffee is served cold. As much as I love Dunkin coffee, the quality process across all stores are just so different. If you are making a coffee and you don?t feel the coffee is hot then you are doing something wrong. That?s Just common sense.
I visited this restaurant a few times this week while on site. The staff was consistently nice, pleasant, and friendly. Whether the staff was living or not, they were fantastic. Honestly, we all know our preferences at Dunkin' by now, so it's the staff that truly makes the difference at this location.
