Chipotle Mexican Grill - McLean

This afternoon, I decided to grab a bite to eat and saw that the restaurant had a new item on the menu. I asked the young waiter about it, and he described it as delicious, so I ended up ordering it. The server behind the counter said something inaudible under his mask, and I didn't catch it until he had already left. He brought me the dish with a smile, and I jokingly said, "I'm sad" because I missed what he said earlier.

I dine at this restaurant almost every day, and I can always count on them to include half an avocado in my guacamole. I love everything about this place except for that minor issue.

Chipotle is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The food was okay, but the staff was inexperienced and incredibly slow. They were also quite hostile. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

I would give zero stars if I could, that is the worst chipotle in america, and even say that this is not enough, their personal are disgusting, rude and uninterested. I have a pick-up job, and when I get home, I see it's the wrong order. not only that, but it is made sloppy and the portions are terrible. not only the burrito have 3 different types of protein, but it also had hardly to begin. the clear, careless practices are terrible. Do not even think about calling them because they don't pick up the phone either. they save their money and their time and never eat them here.

This might be the worst Chipolte in America was how one of my coworkers just described this location. Once again they messed up our order. It was delivery and I didn't check when they gave me the food but the left out one of the three meals. Corporate customer service won't refund the missing order best they will do is add a meal to your account to redeem but that doesn't account for the increased food pricing to order delivery, delivery fee's, and cash tip to the driver. I'll never order from this location again and will think twice before getting Chipolte at all. The headache just isn't worth the burrito.
