Whataburger - McKinney

Great food, but they're always struggling to keep up with demand. I feel sorry for the overwhelmed employees. The customers take their frustration out on them, and the geniuses who run the place can't be bothered to either hire more people or set expectations right on mobile orders.

So on a night that most other fast foods had already closed, due to the Spring forward time chain, this place had their act together! Line was long but moving quickly, order was taken correctly and efficiently! Me and my stomach thank you!!

This was a prime visit for sure. Nailed it WB on Custer/380! Drive-thru at 1:30a on a Tuesday morning and busier than what I expected. 5 cars before me. The person on the speaker was very polite, informative, and cheerful for 1am! The line moved faster than expected and received my order with a smile! When I opened my meal, my burger was wrapped with care (looked professional, should have taken a picture! and burger not squished at all! 5 points to Hufflepuff!

Went to this location tonight over the one that’s close to my house off Lake Forest. That location is always slow and can’t handle how busy they get, but this location off Custer and 380 was great! They were so quick through the drive thru, our food was actually RIGHT, fresh, and good!!! Will be coming to this location from now on over Lake Forest.

This the freshest fries I’ve ever had ok with a side of crunch to compliment . Who the gm here they need to teach everyone how to make fresh fries …now the burger was a little bland but hey I’ll take hot fries over that anyday.
