One of the best Whataburg restaurants I have eaten sincerely. The staff were very friendly and friendly. I was asked by several employees if everything was good, and I felt appreciated as a customer. When I left, I was told that I had a great day, big dunes in experience. Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
This specific location needs better management. Waited over 30min for my food, which was ordered before the time, and they "forgot" to bring me my meal. The food is ALWAYS cold and must be cooked to order instead of sitting and tasting stale and cold. View all feedback.
Sharon S. Is not very friendly and comes as rude and legitimate as if she was good in her position. Your customer service skills could use work. Sharon always has an earplug in one of her ears. The way she communicates with her managers and employees is mean and hating. The food is always cold every time I come in that very often. Parking: employees park near the front doors for the customers.
The way they have 2 lanes that don't go into one it's stupid and took 20 to 30 minutes with only 5 cars. The food was very bad. Sad part they haven't ended out halfway out of Dallas when you come in back and I wish we would went there because we know we can get it in-and-out. I will if I move to Texas which I probably will I will never buy watha Burger. Ever......
Wow! I just had one of the all-time best biscuits with gravy. How nice to see a fast food place that knows how to make real gravy.Food: 5/5
A couple weeks ago I was given someone else’s order. Last week my order was made wrong. Today I paid for food that wasn’t put in the bag. Called the store and talked to Sarah. She never once apologized for anything. I have given this location multiple chances and it never gets better. Horrible location. Staff doesn’t care, assuming nor does upper management if this is how they are allowing their business to be ran. I would definitely NOT recommend this location.
Good luck on the drive through times here been sitting for 23 minutes. Trying to get a refund just to leave.. still waiting. Please can a manager take some accountability
