I was going over to my in-laws for Christmas. I thought it would be nice to bring breakfast. I ordered in person right when they opened. I had an assortment of tacos that included chorizo, barbacoa, beans, and cheese. I also bought some sweet bread. The salsas that were included were very spicy. I personally like spicy, but my family said they were too hot. All in all, they had great flavor and I would eat here again... View all feedback.
What Kirstin Howell doesn't like about Taqueria Hernandez:
I went to stare for the first time after 4.1. I ordered 3 tacos with rice and drilling and a carnitas burrito. tacos were good, not great and burrito was a sweat. it was not a real carnitas burrito that comes with meat, guacamole and pico. this barely had every meat, it had also been begging, tearing, salat and cheese. absolutely ridiculous and will never go back. I only ate here once, on the way back from a medical call. we were in a hurry, so my partner and I have to go street tactics. if the rest of the menu is as good as the street tacos, this is definitely worth a visit. the chicken and pig tacos were really good, but the steak was amazing. very fast too. I'm coming back
The team of comida connoisseur has decided to try this place as we have eaten good tacos in mckinney (first red fahne). we stopped at this little hole in the wall, because that's the best eating right? first we arrived and we should sit everywhere. we chose a beautiful stand. but no one gave us menus. After about 10 minutes we have a menu. we order our tacos (pastor, barbacoa and carnitas.) what we received were small ashamed tacos. I literally took a tiny piece of a barbacoa taco and it looked like I was about tortilla. to add the healthy salt, there was little to no cilantro and cebolla on the tacos. we are looking for good reviews to give and can be flexible, but if they calculate the customer $2 taco, make it a $2 taco. what we received was a $1-taco with little to no meat, small toppings and half full. one of us has 4 tacos, the other 3 tacos. both remained hungry and angry that we had to pay for it! somehow they felt despised that eating is served. Do they not think that customers consider eating? if we have such experiences, we are less likely to dare and try more places. a thing I will give them is the taste was great! the problem is that the tacos were so shameful that we could not enjoy eating. the reason is that this is a 2 star and is not one because we cannot give a 0 star and the guy at the switch was cool, as we paid cash, he gave us an apartment 5. respect.
I order to go. I recommend the following. totek tacos are good with the salsa that they offer the orange is quite hot for some people the green is a little milder. chile rellenos are damn good, they are poblano paprika filled with white cheese. pozole I have never eaten a pozole with quarted limette in the suppe that made the pozole bitter. I cook much better than the one that shredds over everything I gave him two stars because of the pozole.
First time, food was delicious. Our server didn't check on us much but we got everything pretty quickly. Reasonable prices.
