Subway - McKinney

Today I went to the subway to grab a sandwich, there was a sign written at the door that masks are REQUIRED, so I wore a mask. I was horrified to find the lady who made the sandwiches has no mask on and accepted cash from the guest in front of me and did not change her gloves before I made my sandwich. I have never had a problem on the subway, but given the pandemic I hope you will see the staff extra precautions instead of breaking their own posted rules. Very disappointed.

I usually don’t write bad reviews but this time I had to. unfortunately my visit at this subway was not pleasant because of one of the employees that I believe she is around 40 or 50. When I would try to order and make her job easier she would interrupt me and would not let me order the correct sandwiches I wanted. She was giving me a rude attitude and made the sandwiches VERY messy. They did not taste like subway!! Very disappointed. I write it so no one else go through this with her!!

This store has lots of employee turnover, so it is hard to get knowledgable consistent service. Food is fresh and store is clean. Employees are friendly. Standard but slightly limited Subway menu. Not all choices available.

I was in your store on Eldorado and I am never going back. No mask were worn and when I ask she said they were on order. That's telling me you never wear them. Not smart.

Love this subway location, the employees there really make the sandwiches with care. I have to say something negative about the food or the staff...
