I arrived at the payment window and found no one there. I waited, thinking it was one of those situations where someone would show up soon. Eventually, a staff member came over and was ready to take my card. However, since there were people behind me, I felt rushed and couldn't backtrack. I had to ask my companion to pay instead. The staff member didn't apologize and was quite rude about it. I probably won't be returning.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I just received my delivery order and it was missing two orders of fries. Additionally, all the sauces I received were different from what I selected and paid extra for. I also ordered two fountain drinks but only got one. I will not be ordering from here again.

This place is really popular, even on a Sunday morning, and they still managed to get my order right! The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous, which is unfortunately becoming rare in Texas these days. However, that’s not the case here—these were genuinely polite people.

Today, I wasn't in the mood for hot coffee, so I decided to order a cold one. I expected a regular iced coffee, but instead, I was served something quite different. Despite that, I usually have good experiences here, especially with their creamy ice cream. I also appreciate how affordable everything is.

The staff here are incredibly friendly. I paid with coins, and instead of complaining, the cashier was very kind. They have a positive attitude, and when I requested extra ketchup, they happily provided more. The daytime crew is truly the best!
