Mcdonald's - McKinney

The drive-thru service was slow, and my order was almost forgotten by the staff. I had to remind the girl at the window about my order. There were no napkins provided, which was disappointing. Overall, the service could be improved, especially for people on their lunch breaks.

I was just 26.00 and the girl on the laufwerk thru did not use my code correctly to collect my points. I can say she's new, but do they get her workers more efficient, that's 2600 points I didn't collect?What's the purpose of the point system if the employee doesn't know how to use the code, and that's not the first time that this happened at this location.

Mcdonalds I've been there before. we ordered shakes, nuggets and pommes. first they forgot to give us the riders, didn't ask us what we wanted and just gave us a sprit. we drove away and quickly realized that they had not given us a straw for the shaking and had not put salt on the pommes that tasted tasty. we drove through the drive to ask for straws and salt on our riders. we waited about 10 minutes before the kerl finally got into the window. he said that it is impossible for us to put salt on all our pommes after I insisted that the riders had no salt on them, he went and brought us new pommes. we go off again, and after tasting the new pommes he gave us, we noticed that he had placed like 10 times the regular amount of salt on the pommes. very disappointed

This restaurant is good for a quick meal, but be cautious as it can get busy during certain times of the day. The drive-thru line can be long, and it appears that some evenings they are short-staffed. However, I sympathize with the challenges of having limited staff, so the wait wasn't too unbearable.

Got my usual breakfast from McDonald’s but switched up the location to this place. I get a mocha just about every morning to help wake me up. The “mocha” that I received from this place had no coffee in it and hardly any flavor. What I received was basically just hot water with creamer in it. Ordered through the app to save time since I was on my way to work and didn’t notice the mistake till it was too late. I’d rather drive a little farther in the morning to the next McDonald’s than get this again.
