I was disappointed with the new ordering system at the restaurant, where I had to use a screen instead of going to the register. Additionally, I was encouraged to download an app for discounts and rewards, but I explained that my rewards were never credited when I had the app on my phone. When I tried to address the issue, I felt like I was being accused of just trying to get something for free. That was not my intention. Overall, the only positive aspect of the experience was that McDonald's was accepting donations for a cause in India.
I was surprised to discover after ordering a big strawberry shake at the drive-thru that it was made with a strawberry mix when I got to the window.
I was disappointed with the food at this restaurant. The large breakfast was actually small, and I had a mild reaction to it. Most of the flavors were okay, but my body did not agree with me after eating. The coffee was not good and the eggs tasted bland. I don't think I'll be returning to this place. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was not up to par, making the golden arches seem like brass arches in comparison.
Burnt mcmuffin. also should have a sausage, egg, cheese biscuits in order, but a mcmuffin packed in biscuit paper.
I order 1 coffee for take away, i takes more than 20 mins, when i get down from car , i found out, they don't pass the order properly, just keep us waiting for 20mins. If i could give negetive or 0 start, i like to give that.
