We ate at the McKinney location tonight and the staff was great (especially the young lady on the grill). She was so helpful to our handicapped friend and offered to help him fill his bowl while she was restocking the food bar. Kuddos to you young lady. You made his experience a great one. What Kyndall Perry doesn't like about Genghis Grill:
I ordered from Genghis Grill’s ghost kitchen called Wow Bao on Uber Eats. I ordered a bowl and two bao but received potstickers. Had I known I was ordering from a ghost kitchen, I would’ve ordered elsewhere. After this experience, I do not recommend Genghis Grill or its ghost kitchen. Very disappointed! View all feedback.
Jaclynn made me feel welcome the moment I stepped in. She was warm and energetic. She also introduced me to the new hire, Lauren. She was also very welcoming. Also, the kitchen staff verified my food allergy multiple times. I would absolutely come back!
So to be fair the AC was out during my visit and it seemed the lighting was dim for the time of day. The food was fine but not as good as I remember from years previous. The server was absolutely excellent tbh. Better service than I've had recently at much more expensive restaurants. I am confident with the AC working I would have rated much higher in all categories.
