Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I must say I was sadly disappointed with the quality of the food service. I purchased a single jalapeno burger combo. The fries were cold as though they had been sitting and the buyer was thrown together. I paid almost $11.00 for this meal when I could have gone to a competitor and got a better quality meal for half the price on a value menu. With all the competition you would think that these restaurants would try to give better service and products.

This is my favorite burger, fries, and ice cream. For one the staff is so quick and efficient, I?m impressed. Second, the food is so delicious and the atmosphere so inviting that one can?t get enough of this place. The staff works so hard to keep everyone satisfied, and all of you do fantastic! Congratulations on a job well done!

I had a wonderful experience dining at Freddy's again. This was our first visit to this location. The burgers were delicious and the cheese curds were incredibly tasty. We also tried the chili cheese fries, which were delicious. The staff provided excellent service.

This was my first visit to this restaurant. It was not terrible, but it definitely could have been better. The food was served hot and fresh, however, the burger was lacking in flavor and the patties were very thin. The server who took our order seemed uninterested and appeared annoyed to be working. Unfortunately, both the food and the service were not good enough to make me want to return to eat here again.

Went to drive through, they were very busy. Ordered 4 combo meals. 2 were not what I had ordered (asked for the jalapeño burger, received normal burgers). Disappointed that I only realized that when I got home after having spent $50. Kind of ruined my dinner. However the burgers are tasty as it was my first time there. Will give them another shot and maybe they can redeem themselves.
