Dunkin' - McKinney

Worst hot chocolate I ever had in my life. Try like brown water. Gag. I thought a coffee/donut place would ban hot chocolate. That's not the case. I had a hot chocolate from a little business. I will continue to buy from the same comfortable business. At least you can't taste the water! The Kalachi I ate was pretty good.

We had to drive to the street at 18:30, just to say they had limited donuts in stock. About 4 different donut flavors. What kind of place that has “donuts” in its name have limited amounts of donuts. They close at 9:00 so you can't tell me it's because they were close. They had 2 and half an hour of business. What makes it even worse is that we went to the other DD of 380 and Hardin, the HAD NO DONUTS AT ALL, which is why we drove the additional 10 minutes to this Custer Rd location. As in the world, two DD sites have no donuts. What a waste of time. Never again.

Went to Dunkin ' and I usually have good experiences in there but this one was not good. The little girl at the drive through does NOT like her job and she wasn 't any better when I drive up to the window. I ordered an iced mocha of which she said, they ran out of mocha . Umm... Correct me if I 'm wrong but isn 't flavored drinks, INCLUDING COMMON MOCHA is what drives this companies sales in the millions??? So, okay- I then didn 't order ANYTHING because when I asked to buy some donuts, she said she couldn 't add anything to an order! If this is true, then Dunkin ' LOSES MILLIONS yearly and I 've NEVER heard of a company TURNING DOWN MONEY! The ONLY thing ordered ended up being what was supposed to be some strawberry lemonade refresher but the picture advertised is SO NOT what we got... I honestly don 't think the company operates this way buy maybe I 'm wrong and the policy of can 't ordering additional items is not allowed. All I know is, everyone of us in the car (4 people) besides the exception of ONE was able to order anything and even that ONE order turned out to be pretty disappointing. Profit opportunities lost on this day Dunkin '.

This dunkin place is run by incompetent kids. Every time I place and order via drive through, they miss something or the other. When I call them THEY NEVER ANSWERToday at 9:21 AM I’m missing Egg and Cheese Wrap. Picture for reference.
