Domino's Pizza - McKinney

Ordered a meatzza pizza and got a pizza with completely different toppings!

Do not expect your food to come right or put more than one centimeter of the dips when you order. They blew every day when I get here. It is the most frustrating thing in the world. I live right behind the pizza hat and I'll go there. At least when they're kidding, they're not rude people who don't care. Oh, and they won't return your money either. It's pathetic. I hate being a car, but I'm tired of this place and feel like everyone should be aware that it's a joke.

My order lasted 2 hours! from the time I placed my order to the time it reached my house. No exaggeration. Two hours! lol I had pizza deliveries take little longer than an hour, but two hours!! It's just crazy.

After an hour of waiting our pizzas were still not ready and they said it would take another hour to deliver. The manager was so rude and unproffessional and refused to give us our money back.

My food took 20 minutes longer than it should have. I asked for compensation or a refund. The manger would not give me my food and when I asked for a receipt or proof of refund he called the police because he wanted me trespassed. Once the police showed up the manger lied about the whole situation and said he cannot provide a receipt or proof of the refund. The manger was at first afraid to talk with me about my issue and then once he spoke to me was rude and made racist remarks stating I must not understand English and that I could not comprehend English. I do feel like these comments were made toward my ethnicity and race. The manger is a young man and needs training and after his remarks I believe he should be let go or demoted at a minimum
