Been to this location many times, it's what you would expect from an everyday Chili's. Tonight I was overly impressed by my amazing server who, despite having the ONLY full section on an out of the normal busy Monday, was very attentive, hospitable, and in a great mood. Her name was Madi and she blew it out of the water. I found out that the GM Ethan was helping cook in the kitchen tonight as well and it definitely s... View all feedback.
What Janet Rohan doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
The lack of service I received today hurt my feelings. I have been in here a few times and never has the service been this bad. The server sat us and left us sitting there waiting without even offering water for over ten minutes. The customers across from us that down 25 minutes after us had appetizers and we had just given our order. The waitress didn't even introduce herself.Next I ordered online and didn't receive... We usually love Chili's, but this particular location, at least during our visit, did not meet our expectations. The food was average and the patrons at the bar were allowed to be loud and disruptive. There was even a verbal altercation between some of the patrons and another table. It seemed like the staff only catered to these rowdy individuals. We were seated promptly but had to wait nearly an hour for our appetizer, which was followed by the main course. We ordered the 2 for $25 special, which included cheesecake for dessert. Unfortunately, the cheesecake arrived 30 minutes after we requested it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
I recently tried the lunchtime quesadillas at this restaurant. I am a frequent customer, but I have noticed that the quality of my food orders is declining. I usually order takeout because I am working, but every time they forget to include utensils. This time, the pico de gallo looked and tasted acidic. My food was cold when I received it, even though I ordered it to eat there. The person handling the takeout orders seemed rushed, so I did not bother complaining. It seems like the quality of the food here is decreasing. There was only one quesadilla in my order, but it was enormous. The pieces were so big that I had to cut them up to avoid having a mouthful of bacon in one bite. The quesadilla was overcooked and hard, almost crumbling when I tried to bite into it. This was probably the worst quesadilla I have ever had. The lunch order includes four quesadillas, but also comes with chips and salsa. However, for $9-$10, it is not worth it. In conclusion, I would not recommend the quesadillas at this restaurant.
Our waiter Jayce was the standout of our visit. He was a big personality and should be working at a high-end restaurant. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was terrible. The restaurant was the dirtiest chili we have ever been to in Texas. The floors were absolutely disgusting, as if they hadn't been cleaned in ages. We considered calling the health department to check on the cleanliness of the restaurant. The bathrooms were just as unclean. I ordered coffee that never arrived. I love eating at Chili's, but I would not recommend this location to anyone. Look for another Chili's branch instead.
We were just looking for missing items when we came home. when we called, twice....we were told to the manager that he was busy helping customers out site, and we should call back in an hour or so and try again. terrible customer experience....apparently picking customers are second class. chilis is from our restaurant list.
The bartender Mark at this chili’s location is definitely one of my best drinking and dining experience I’ve had at any of your properties. Should teach a course in customer service. Excellent
